Body: Everyone there is awesome. Made several orders - all arrived within a few days and quality is excellent. On one shipment, the wrong color bamboo was shipped, and when I called Tiki Shack, they immediately had UPS pick the order up and shipped correctly. We used bambo to remodel our bar (gorgeous) and I've found a way to use it in my family room remodel. My only regret is that I can't use their product for all of my remodeling because they make it so easy and painless to purchase and receive. And, as I already stated, the quality is on par with the excellent service!

Body: I ordered a bamboo privacy fence, 4' x 15'. It arrived quickly and was easier than I could have imagined to install. I put up two panels by myself using the strapping that came on the fence. He takes the time to walk us through each project making sure we are understanding what he is explaining and making it easier for us. We sent over our diagrams for him to estimate the materials needed for our projects and he has always been spot on when calculating what we needed. The products we have been buying have always been consistent in quality. The palapa covers and thatch rolls are nice and thick compared to other companies we bought from years ago. Body: All of there product is so beautiful and high quality. They were very patient in helping me figure out what I need to recover a custom patio I had built.

I had ordered all my thatch rolls over the phone and went to pick it up the next day and I was impressed with there show room displays. They have so many unique and we'll crafted items, they gave me such a great deal I couldn't pass it up!

As for customer service.... they were very polite and I was greeted and helped right away. They took the time to show me the proper way to handle the thatch and even helped me to my car:) I definitely will be ordering from them again!!!

I Bought fire elephant grass umbrellas 18 mos ago that were treated with fire retardant. Couldn't be happier. Product arrived on time, well packaged and intact. Lost the fire retardant certificate which was about to be an emergency tomorrow morning (my fault) due to a scheduled fire Marshall inspection.
